Beginning of my Journey :)

This is my very first blog.  I decided that I wanted to have a place where I could have my paintings and sketches and writings and be able to see my progress.   I have decided that I really want to explore many different art forms and see where my natural abilities and joy settle on.  I can already sketch and can do some painting...but really want to work on my shading of objects and working on landscapes.  Found some really good online help and courses in those areas so I am going to study those.   And I will be posting my creations shortly.  I am really looking forward to this adventure and see where it takes me.  I have written 3 children's books and have an idea for a 4th one, so hoping that this year I can work on and finish illustrating them and put them up for publication  that would be very cool! :)   I also hope to take some art classes this fall, including watercolor which I have always wanted to do...so hopefully that will work out.  Soooo, let the journey begin.. :)
